Rick Carmickle has over 20 years experience in personal injury law in Colorado and California, involving automobile collisions, cases against railroads, aviation cases, and civil rights cases.
Mr. Carmickle is licensed to practice in all counties in Colorado, before the United States District Court of Colorado, and the United States Court of Appeals.
Mr. Carmickle is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, American Association of Justice, and the Christian Legal Society.

Roger Fraley, Jr. began his law career in the Denver District Attorney's office, where he worked for over three years as a deputy DA, trying over 75 cases to juries in County Court, Juvenile Court and District Court in Denver.
Mr. Fraley spent 18 months working for an insurance defense firm before deciding to work nearly exclusively for injured people starting in December 1989.
Mr. Fraley has extensive experience handling all phases of case law, including, personal injury, automobile accidents and workers' compensation. His total number of jury trials is now over 130 cases with nearly 250 hearings before the Division of Workers' Compensation and Office of Administrative Courts in Colorado.

Earl Wylder, originally from Chicago, attended DePaul University on a basketball scholarship, playing for famed Coach Ray Meyer. He then went on at DePaul to earn his law degree.
After law school, Mr. Wylder worked as an associate at Kirkland Ellis before moving to Nevada.
In Nevada, Mr. Wylder became a law clerk to the Chief United States District Court Judge in Carson City. He also worked as an associate in a small law firm in Reno headed by one of the most famous plaintiff and criminal defense lawyers in Nevada.
Mr. Wylder eventually moved to Denver, becoming an associate with Walter L. Gerash, also a famous plaintiff and criminal defense lawyer. Additionally, Mr. Wylder worked at the Denver Public Defender’s Office when there were only fourteen lawyers, two of whom became Chief Justices of the Colorado Supreme Court.
Mr. Wylder has worked many years and has tremendous experience with law firms involved in civil litigation.

Leslie Pugh has successfully represented hundreds of clients before the Denver Immigration Court, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Board of Immigration Appeals. She has handled many types of immigration cases, including removal defense, family based petitions, asylum claims and nonimmigrant visas.
Ms. Pugh also handles Social Security Disability Claims throughout the entire state of Colorado.
Ms. Pugh is licensed to practice law in both Tennessee and Colorado.
Ms. Pugh is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association and the CBA Immigration Lawyers Section.
