Areas of Practice

Irwin & Boesen, P.C., only represents persons with legitimate and serious injuries. We carefully and diligently investigate every case to document the injuries and damages sustained by our clients and to insure that each case we handle has merit. This maintains our excellent reputation in the legal and insurance communities and allows us to negotiate settlements which will fairly compensate our clients for all of their damages. Our reputation and commitment to our clients enables us to settle most of our cases out-of-court.

Unfortunately, not all insurance companies are reasonable. Some insurance companies force the injured party to go to trial to recover any compensation. In Colorado, as in most states, legislation sponsored by insurance companies prevents the jury from being told that the negligent party has insurance. This gives insurance companies a reason to deny payment and force the injured party to go to court.

At Irwin & Boesen, P.C., we have the resources, staff, and significant trial experience, as one of Colorado's leading law firms, to provide effective representation for our clients. While we do everything possible to settle our client's cases out-of-court for a fair amount, the insurance companies know that we will diligently prosecute each client's case to the full extent of the law.

Every case has a statute of limitations that will apply. It varies by the type of case and the state where the case is filed. Don't wait until there is trouble or until the end of your case to get an attorney. Your attorney would prefer to be involved every step of the way, to monitor your case, to guide you, to prevent trouble, and to assist you.

If you or a loved one has been injured by the negligence of another person or company, please contact us for an honest and fair evaluation of your case.
