Roger D. Fraley, Jr., Esq.

Educational Background

​

Mr. Fraley graduated from Stanford University with a B.A. in English in 1975.
 

Thereafter, Mr. Fraley earned his M.A. in English from the University of Virginia in 1978.

​

Mr. Fraley earned his J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law in 1984.  

 

Professional Experience

​

Mr. Fraley began his legal career as a Deputy District Attorney with the Denver District Attorneys office.  Thereafter, Mr. Fraley practiced as a litigation attorney with a leading Denver firm, eventually transitioning into Plaintiff's personal injury law with one of Denver's largest Plaintiff's personal injury firms.  For the last 30 years, Mr. Fraley has devoted 100% of his practice to representing Plaintiff's in personal injury, worker's compensation, and other litigation matters.

 

Mr. Fraley has devoted the majority of his practice over the past 15 years to insurance matters, including both workers compensation and insurance bad faith claims.  He has helped thousands of clients to obtain benefits that were wrongfully denied in violation of the law.
