Brad R. Irwin, Esq.

​

Mr. Irwin began his legal career as an attorney with the enforcement branch of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.  Thereafter, Mr. Irwin practiced securities and corporate litigation in private practice with a leading Denver securities firm, eventually transitioning into oil and gas litigation.  From there, Mr. Irwin began practicing with one of Denver's largest Plaintiff's personal injury firms and has devoted 100% of his practice to representing Plaintiff's in personal injury, class action, worker's compensation, insurance bad faith, and other litigation matters for over 28 years.

Mr. Irwin is also a pilot and has significant experience with all types of aviation industry legal matters from mergers and acquisitions to litigation of commercial aircraft claims.  Mr. Irwin also has significant experience with class action claims involving defective drugs, automobiles, toxic exposure, and consumer products.

Roger D. Fraley, Jr., Esq.

Mr. Fraley began his legal career as a Deputy District Attorney with the Denver District Attorneys office.  Thereafter, Mr. Fraley practiced as a litigation attorney with a leading Denver firm, eventually transitioning into Plaintiff's personal injury law with one of Denver's largest Plaintiff's personal injury firms.  For the last 30 years, Mr. Fraley has devoted 100% of his practice to representing Plaintiff's in personal injury, worker's compensation, and other litigation matters.

 

Mr. Fraley has devoted the majority of his practice over the past 15 years to insurance matters, including both workers compensation and insurance bad faith claims.  He has helped thousands of clients to obtain benefits that were wrongfully denied in violation of the law.

Ken Falkenstein, Esq.

​

Mr. Falkenstein practiced law for over 16 years in Virginia before relocating to Colorado in 2017.  He has earned a Martindale AV rating by his fellow attorneys and judges, the highest possible rating of excellence in legal ability and ethical standards.

 

Ken’s entire career has consisted of litigating and trying cases, originally for defendants and insurance companies, and currently for injured parties.  This diverse experience gives Ken unique insight into the strategic thinking of insurance adjusters and defense attorneys, which gives him an advantage in securing excellent results for his clients. 

 

Ken went into the Army immediately after graduating high school in Indiana in 1984 and served as a Russian linguist for Military Intelligence in West Germany during the final years of the Cold War.
